How to Use the ACS Website and Order Your Products online:
Shopping  You do not have to become a member to begin shopping on our website. Just travel through our category of products by clicking the pictures on the front page, or navigate the colored tabs at the top of the page, you may also search for products by description or item number, by typing in the search box below the ACS logo on the top left corner of the site. When you have found a product that you would like to purchase, simply click on the green Add to Cart button. This will add the product to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button located in the mini-cart on the right-hand side of our site. To view your cart, click the View Cart button located on the right-hand side of our site. To Checkout and buy online you must become a member. ACS Privacy Policy.
Become a Member Now Click Here! Becoming a Member You can become a member one of two ways:
- Go to the Become a Member area and signup by filling out a short form.
- Shop on our site and then Become a Member during the checkout process.
Becoming a member will give you the following additional features on our website no matter which way you choose to signup:
- Enter your shipping and billing information only once. The next time you come back to our site, just log in using your email address and password and our system will remember all of your address information. This helps speed up your checkout process.
- Our Order History section allows you to view all of your past orders by date or product.
- Re-order items or complete orders from your Order History with one click of the mouse. Just go to one of your previous orders in your Order History and click on the Re-Order this Item link or the Re-Order Entire Order link. The selected item(s) will be added to your current shopping cart allowing you to order the same items quickly and easily.
Checkout The Checkout process consists of the following steps:
- Welcome - Login - If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account with us. You do this by entering your email address in the email address field, selecting the I am a New Customer radio button and then clicking the Sign In button. If you already have created an account on our website, simply enter your email address in the email field and then your password in the password field. Then, click the Sign In button.
- Shipping Information - Next, if you are a new customer you will enter your shipping information. You will also be asked to create a password. This password along with your email address will be used in the future to login to our website. If you are a returning customer, you have two options from this screen. You can either select one of the shipping addresses that you have already created, or you can create a new shipping address by filling out the shipping form at the bottom of the page.
- Billing Information - Next, if you are a new customer you will enter your billing information. Your billing information should match the billing address for your credit card (or company address if you are using a P.O.) If you are a returning customer, you have two options from this screen. You can either select one of the billing addresses that you have already created, or you can create a new billing address by filling out the billing form at the bottom of the page.
- Payment Information - Next, you will enter your payment information. There are two ways to pay for an order:
- Major Credit Card
You may pay for your order using a major credit card. Simply enter your credit card number, expiration date and name as it appears on the card. Then, click the Buy Now button.
- Credit on File
If you have credit on file with ACS, you should see a P.O. Number field on this form. If you do see this field, simply enter your P.O. number and then click the Buy Now button. Your company will be billed for your order. If you do not have a P.O. Number field on your form and you would like to be billed for your order, please fill out the credit application. There will be a link to the credit application if you do not see the P.O. Number field on this page. By filling out the credit application, your order along with your application will be sent to us. If your credit application is approved, you will be billed for your order. If your application is rejected, you will be notified and further payment arrangements will be required to ship your order. |
