I need to order a larger quantity than shown, do I get a price break on large quantities?
Yes you do just call us with your large quantities and item needed and we will provide you with a custom quote based on the quantity needed.


I can not find the product I am looking for?
If you don’t see the product you need on our website call or email us chances are we all ready carry it and it is not on the site yet.


How do I place an order?
1. On-line Step-by-Step
Use our new, full-blown, interactive, secure, online shopping cart on this web-site. Browse through our product catalog and when you find a product that you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button for that product. The item will be stored in your shopping cart, which you can see via any page on the right-hand side of the screen. When you are done shopping, just click the Checkout button on the mini-cart to go to our user login / registration page. Enter your email address, and if you are a returning user, enter your password. This will automatically pull all of your previous shipping and billing information from our database, so that you do not have to enter it again. Next, verify / enter your shipping and billing information on the next two screens. Finally, enter our secure payment form and enter in your credit card information or approved P.O. number. Then, click the Purchase button. After the purchase has been cleared, you will be sent to a Thank You page. A receipt will also be emailed to you containing the purchase items in your order.

Note: All orders are subtotals only. An additional fee will be charged to your credit card for shipping and sales tax (TX residents only).

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders get to you quickly! Most stock orders for in-stock items will be delivered to you within 3-6 working days depending on your location.
Custom Products take anywhere from 10 to 40 working days depending on the product. You will be given an estimated delivery time at the time of your order on all custom products.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We except Major Credit Cards ( Visa, Mastercard and American Express ). If you prefer to pay by check, we will send you an invoice that includes shipping charges when your order is shipped. All invoices are due 7 days from date on invoice. All new customers are subject to credit approval, before any orders are released. Credit card payments help establish credit for future orders and rushes your order through.


What are the charges for shipping and handling?
ACS ship’s most products via UPS and on large orders common carrier. Rates vary depending on the quantity, material, weight, size, ect. of items ordered.


Where will ACS ship products?
United States, U.S. Territories and Canada. ACS will ship world wide under certain circumstances.


Why were some of the items I ordered not in this package?
Products may be back order or delivered from different distribution locations.
